THE ZOOKEEPER'S WIFE (December 18, 2007)| About 20 students volunteered to read Diane Ackerman's story of THE ZOOKEEPER'S WIFE. For our book celebration and discussion, I attmepted to make Perogi, a food mentioned in the book. My attempts, however, were unsucessful. Here are some pictues of my culinary failure as well as some of the students who read the book and participated in the discussion and celebration. |

Haskell-Signed pieces (September 3, 2002)In the late 1940s, Haskell started marking her jewelry with her signature. The earliest signed pieces went through a transition period where the mark was not applied consistently. I have sequenced these pieces, as best I can, in chronological order so that you can get a feel for the different designers.
Frank Hess: 1926-1960 Robert Clark: 1960-1967 Peter Raines: 1968-1970 Larry Vrba: 1970-1978 Camille (Millie) Petronzio: 1980-present |

THE CHRISTMAS GIFT BABIES FOUR WEEKS LOOK AT US NOW!
What a GREAT Bunch of good Looking Babies!
This past week they have had more obsticals to explore and were big puppies and got to go down stairs and play in a much bigger area with new surroundings! We were hoping our unusual warm weather would of held off a few more days so they could go outside, but it didn't, so the next best adventure for them was downstairs in our family room area.
They have been wormed for their second time and nails trimmed again! Tons of loving from many guests and of course us! This is where the fun really begins, when they start showing us who they really are!
This is the kissing litter.. I tell you these pups love to lick lick lick you.. To funny and so very sweet.
Picture Time was a HOOT.. These pups are nuts over Chicken, Liver and CHEESE! We are not sure if it was a good idea to use FOOD yet.. LOL They were all over the place with excitement.. Needless to say, they will be starting solid food this week!
All in all the pictures didn't turn out to bad for four week pups.. But there was NO standing alone with this bunch.. Gary had to hold them somewhat still..
We as always are having a blast with our babies!
Keep checking in as these wee ones grow up and develope!
We are watching this entire litter for a few breeding show homes. We will have a few available pups, so Please contact us if interested in owning one of these Beautiful babies!
All our pups will keep their Chosen Desert High kennel name. "Names to Be Announced". They all will have call names that can be changed.. This is our a way to identify them. But their reg. name is theirs for life.
To contact us for availability please email us by clicking here...Desert High Rat Terriers
