  • Preview it before you send.
  • BCC is there if you want it.

How it works.

  1. Open your album

    Everything starts from an album you created.

  2. Choose how

    Email photos, Email Album, or Invite Friends.

  3. Add people

    Type addresses or pick from your address book. Add a note.

  4. Preview and send

    Email Album lets you preview first. Then send.

Email a few, or allTick photos, add people, and send one email.
  1. Tick the photos you want, or tick Select all at the bottom of the album.
  2. Click Email photos at the top right.
  3. Type addresses (commas, spaces, or returns between them) or pick from your AddressBook. Choose BCC if you like.
  4. Add your name, a subject, and a message of up to 1,000 characters, then click Send Email.
  • Each photo shows in the email at the album’s default size, with a link under it. Videos and PDFs come as links. Nothing is attached.
  • The email goes out from ImageEvent with your name, and replies come to your account’s email. New addresses are saved to your AddressBook.
  • Email photos shows when Let guests email photos is Yes in Global Settings. Guests log in or sign up before sending.

  1. In the Album Bar, click Email Album.
  2. Add email addresses or pick from your address book. Choose BCC if you like.
  3. Check your name and reply-to email, then the subject and an optional message.
  4. Click Preview to see it, then Email Album.

Invite FriendsInvite people to the live album.
  1. In the Album Bar, click Invite Friends.
  2. Add email addresses or pick from your address book.
  3. Add your name and email, a subject, and an optional message.
  4. Click Send invitation.

Invitations go out with addresses in BCC, so recipients don’t see each other.

Your address bookSave contacts once and pick them any time.

Click Edit address book from any email form. Use Add Contact to save an email with a first and last name and phone numbers. Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) to pick several contacts at once.

Guest email and guestbook notesLet guests email photos, and hear when someone signs.

With Let guests email photos turned on in Global Settings, guests see Email photos on your album and can send their own picks.
