If something still fails after these checks, use the contact form with your username, album URL, and what you already tried.

Quick checks
Refresh the page, try another browser, and confirm you are on the correct username path. For layout oddities on phones, rotate once and refresh (see Easy Upload notes).


Login, cookies & session
Enable cookies for this site. Clear stale cookies if login loops. Use forgot username/password from the address on file. See Logging in and status banners.


Uploads & email-to-site
Keep the upload tab open; use Refresh if progress stalls. Reduce batch size on unstable networks. Confirm file type and size match your package (formats, limits). Email upload must come from your registered address; check the Inbox album.


FTP & passive mode
Turn on passive (PASV) FTP behind NAT, cable modems, or firewalls. See FTP Upload and FTP folder creation (upload only to leaf folders when enabled).


Album looks wrong or empty
Empty or missing albums when logged out often means Hidden or Personal content—sign in or use the direct URL. Use View as Guest to verify. Slideshow missing: slideshow buttons. Wrong columns: columns / Auto and full-width in layout width.


Sharing, embed & invitations
Header Share (copy, QR code, social links) is for you while signed in; see QR code and social sharing. Embeds need a page where you can paste script/HTML (Embed Album). Invitations and album email may land in spam. Confirm show sharing to guests if tools should appear for visitors.


Trial, renewal & locked account
Trial ended or subscription lapsed: follow the blue banner to Account & Billing or sign in again. Disabled or maintenance accounts: contact support. See trial policy and packages.
