After you sign in, menus fill in with shortcuts. This page is a plain-language map to those same screens, including Album page & viewer and related topics.
Logged-in menu overview
After sign-in, the main menu typically includes Create Album, Create Folder, Global Settings, Link Album, Search, Tools, Edit My Home, Personalize Home Page, optional Change Header & Footer (Power Premium), and Account & Billing. Inside a folder you also get Edit Folder and Personalize Folder for that folder’s listing and style.
Tools
Tools gathers account-wide utilities in one place. Open it from the home menu, from Account & Billing, or go to Tools. Use this page when a setting applies to many albums or the whole account—not when you are editing one album’s photos (use the Album Bar instead).
- Prints on all albums — Enable all or Turn all off in one background pass so Order prints appears (or disappears) across albums. Guests may order where they can view (including Hidden); Personal stays owner-only for guests. You can still change any single album in Edit Album. See Turn prints on.
- Default album template — starting options (sizes, columns, guestbook defaults, and similar) applied when you create a new album. Existing albums keep their own Edit Album settings until you change them.
- Global Settings — layout (Enhanced vs Original), guest download/email/sharing, upload defaults, meta tags, and more. Same page as the home-menu link. See Global Settings.
- Header & Footer — replace the ImageEvent header and footer with your own HTML (Power Premium). See Header & Footer.
- Print order history — past print orders, status, and shipping tracking links.
- Address book — contacts for Email Album and Invite Friends. You can also open Edit address book from those forms. See Address book.
- Download your files — Premium and Power Premium only: request a Full Archive of every Original to your computer. Trial does not include it. This is the owner backup path—not the same as guest Download all on an album. Steps: Download all your Original files.
- Print cart — review print items, shipping speed, and check out with card.
- Prints & pricing — live sizes and prices from Prodigi, Lumaprints, and Gooten.
Let us create your first album
“Let us create your first album” on the getting-started panel is for members who want setup help instead of stepping through Create Album themselves.
Folders, home & personalization
Edit Folder changes folder title, description, dates, URL slug, and security the same way albums use Edit Album. Personalize Folder styles that folder’s listing. Home-level content still uses Edit My Home and Personalize Home Page when you are not inside a folder.
Header, footer & account hub
Change Header & Footer is the Header & Footer editor (Power Premium); see Account & Membership → Changing Header & Footer. Account & Billing is the hub for plans, billing, storage, and Account Settings (name, email, password). Address book, downloads, Global Settings, and Prints utilities live under Tools.

Status banners & contact
If the trial or subscription has ended, maintenance is scheduled, or the account is disabled, the home and album templates show a blue notice with links to sign in again, open Account & Billing, or reach support. A cookie warning may appear if the browser blocks cookies.
Design color preview
Personalization can open a design preview window: it renders sample thumbnail and enlarge rows with your colors, fonts, borders, and table backgrounds so you can judge contrast before saving. It does not change live albums until you submit the main design form.
