Use this section for image-level operations such as rotating, deleting, copying, moving, linking, and bulk download. These tools help maintain clean, share-ready albums.
To rotate one or more images:
- Log in with your username and password. You will be directed to your home page.
- Select the album by clicking the photo of the album.
- Select the photos to be rotated by checking the box near the photo number. A check mark will appear in the block. You can select multiple images to be rotated by checking blocks of the images.
- Hit Rotate 90, 180 0r 270 push button located in Image Bar above your photos. 90 for rotate right, 180 for upside down, 270 for rotate left.
- The selected photos will be rotated.
To delete one or more images:
- Log in with your username and password. You will be directed to your home page.
- Select the album by clicking the photo of the album.
- Select the photos to be deleted by checking the box near the photo number. A check mark will appear in the block. You can select multiple images to delete by checking blocks of the images to be deleted.
- Hit Delete push button located in Image Bar.
- You will be asked "Are you sure you want to delete the images?" Select Yes or Cancel. Selecting yes will delete the images that were selected.
To copy one or multiple images:
- Log in with your username and password. You will be directed to your home page.
- Select the album from which the images are to be copied from by clicking the photo of the album.
- Select the photos to be copied by checking the box near the photo number. A check mark will appear in the block. You can select multiple images to copy by checking blocks of the images to be copied.
- Hit downarrow next to Copy Images to Album. Select the album that you want to copy these images to.
- These images will be copied in the selected albums.
To move one or multiple images:
- Log in with your username and password. You will be directed to your home page.
- Select the album from which the images are to be moved from by clicking the photo of the album.
- Select the photos to be moved by checking the box near the photo number. A check mark will appear in the block. You can select multiple images to move by checking blocks of the images to be moved.
- Hit downarrow next to Move Images to Album. Select the album that you want to move these images to.
- These images will be moved in the selected albums.
To rearrange your images, go to your album. On the number of the image, click the image number. A window will appear to rearrange the image. Select the new number you like it to move to.
You can link a photo to auctions, eBay, or message boards easily. It is a feature part of the premium package. You can choose to link photos from any of the generated sizes from thumbnail to X-large including the original.
To link do the following:
- Click on the image to open.
- Click on Image Properties
- Here you will see different URLs for different sizes of the photo. Pick up the one you like. Put and paste URL in your message:

To link to an album do the following:
- Open the album, and go to the bottom footer.
- Copy the URL.
- Put and paste URL in your message:

Guests can download one item or many items at once when download permissions are enabled.
Before download (check):
- In Global Settings, keep "Download Ability" turned off ("No"). This is off by default.
- If "Right Click Disable" is enabled, go to "Edit Album" and temporarily set it to "No".
To download selected items:
- Go to the album.
- Select one or more images/videos/documents by checking each thumbnail box.
- Click "Download".
- Select the file size/version you want, then confirm.
To download all items:
- Click "Show all Images".
- Click "Select All".
- Click "Download".
