This quilt was lovingly crafted by Rat Terrier lovers from all over the United States. It took months to complete, but was worth every moment of time it took to make it. It is pretty much queen size, measuring roughly 90" X 92". I will try to get more accurate measurements within the next few days.
The names you'll see embroidered around the heart are the names of dogs that those of us who worked on the quilt, along with our family and friends, loved and lost. They forever remain in our hearts, so it's appropriate that they would be showcased in such a way.
Thank you to all who sent their unique and lovely blocks to me, but especially to our wonderful quilter, Elen Morell, who not only volunteered her time and material to do the quilting, she also designed and set the entire thing together as well. It looks lovely! Thanks so much, Elen!
