Bamberg Germany: Altes Rathaus (June 2004)| A bridge lead over the river at this point as early as the C11th. A town hall was built here in the middle of the C14th and then rebuilt after a fire diaster in 1440. This Gothic buildng had a Baroque makeover in 17544-56. The town hall is on an artificial island. The story goes that the Bishop refused to allow the people to build a town hall, so they built it in the middle of the river where it was th king's domain rather than the Bishop's. |

Hatch Date: 6/12/07 and his name is McLovin'. I thought that was appropriate because of his morph (Mack Snow) and the name of a character in the movie "Superbad". |
