Wow, it is hard to believe that these beauties are already almost old enough to go to their new homes. They are extremely alert and interact with humans brilliantly. They are now weaned from Lyric and are eating dry kibble and lapping water on their own. Their eyes still "sparkle" when they think that Lyric is going to let them nurse, but she knows they are big boys and girls now. They have been wormed 4 times now, had their first 6-way vaccinations, had numerous toenail trims and a bath. My husband and I both agree that these are some of the sweetest puppies we've ever had the joy of raising. It seems that all of them compete for human time and they love being talked to and held. And we believe there is something magical about the genetics between Lyric and Dillon, as these are some really nice puppies structurally. We think most or all of them would do well in the conformation show ring or agility competition. And of course, all of them will be perfect farm ratters, hunting companions or snuggle buddies for an individual or family.
They are expected to finish in the 22-23 lb. range and be 15 inches tall when grown.

| 2929.PAST CRUZIN' PUPPIES
This album contains pictures of my past puppies either born here at Cruzin' kennel or sired by our stud dogs. We are very proud of our wonderful offspring. We invest so much of ourselves into our pups that by the time they reach their new homes they have been thoroughly socialized, litterbox trained, examined by a veterinarian for congenital defects and general health and evaluated by Pat Hastings. Our puppies have also been through the Bio-Sensor/SuperDog program from day 3 to day 16. We are commited to Natural Rearing with our puppies.
I would like to thank each of the fine people that own one of these Cruzin' beauties. We received, in answer to prayer, incredible perfect homes for each of these wee ones. We all enjoy a very special bond and I am so grateful for the wonderful people that the Lord introduces to me through our dogs. Thank you all so very much!!!

I sure think she looks a lot like her aunt Josie too. The pics are Mo in hunting gear. When Brent breaks out the collar and blazer Mo freaks out to get into it! Mo started his formal basic obedience training and he is a quick learner. Mo is being trained to hunt with a red-tail Hawk. Brent reports that Mo is getting really good at using his nose and if they don't make the squirrel tail drag somewhat challenging he will wind it and be at the tree in seconds ... "he chases anything that moves, he should be an outstanding hunter and just what we were looking for in our man, hawk, dog team!"
Brent plans to spend lots of time in the field this upcoming fall as they will have two Redtails to hunt with. | |
