Can I lay in your lap? I am looking for a new lap or two to be lazy in. My other favorite place is sleeping under the covers with my foster parents. I am fearful of little people and fast movements and prefer a calm house. I love other dogs, but don't want to share toys sometimes. I love going for rides, but don't really prefer a leash/harness.

279.Harry

Harry is part of the Royal Pups that Elizabeth had. She is also available for adoption. They were found in Louisiana in a box with Demodex Mange, no fur and a will to survive.

Harry is such an easy going little guy. He is a smart little puppy that follows his foster family’s routine and adapts quickly to his surroundings. Harry’s fur is slowly coming back in and he will have darker fur on his toso with a white chest and paws , and a little white wire hair down his back. The vet predicts Harry will be about 10 lbs when full grown.

Harry is crate trained and about 90% potty trained. He watches the other pups in the household and knows what to do when it is time to go outside. He is still learning the concept of telling someone when he needs to go outside. If Harry is kept on a frequent schedule, there are no accidents in the house. He is now learning basic commands and starting to venture out on errands to dog friendly shops to learn how to be comfortable around strangers. Harry has a great temperament for a dog to visit places where people would smother him with love and attention.

Harry’s foster home has two adults, two teens and three other rat terrier mix pups. Harry has learned so much from all three dogs on how to listen and learn. Harry plays well with his foster parents pups by wrestling, chasing and rough housing. His favorite dog is Evie, another current foster of New Rattitude who is going through heartworm treatment and is on low activity protocol while getting better. Harry knows she can’t play rough, so they spend a lot of time snuggling and napping side by side.

Harry loves to wander outside and explore every inch of the back yard. He is just figuring out how to walk on a leash when wearing a harness. He is still needs to learn the concept of going potty while on a walk. He sleeps in bed with his foster parents all night long, and learns quickly about daily routines and expectations. Harry is a cuddle bug and loves to be held just as much as quietly sleeping next to you as you watch tv on the couch.

GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAIN DOG CLUB (GSMDC) is a UKC-affiliated multi-breed kennel club located in the Great Smoky Mountain region. GSMDC was organized in 2003 and held its' first conformation shows in 2005. Every April and October, GSMDC hosts conformation shows. Sometimes the club offers performance events, too.

The Great Smoky Mountain Dog Club's purpose is to educate the public about dog breeds, host dog sporting events, and invite fanciers to east Tennessee for various competitions. We welcome all who support the standards and contribute to the success of the GSMDC and the United Kennel Club: breeders, fanciers, and handlers who wish to exhibit purebred dogs in the spirit of Good Sportsmanship.

REFUND POLICY: No Refunds. No Refunds in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. No Refund of entries will be made because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization which make it impossible to open or complete an event. Exceptions: 1) If there is a Pandemic and show site is forced to be closed before first show date. 2) If there is a natural disaster that destroys the show site before first show date. 3) Bereavement of an immediate family member. Should a refund be granted for any of the above conditions, a 20% administration fee will be withheld in addition to fees charged by UKC to club for each show the dog was entered.
