UPDATED: - Nov. 26th I have a new app.
It is the best one I have found. Lots of pictures. This app allows you to save your work as an animation not just a photo. Nice added benefit. It is named Artbook - Colour by number.
I have another new app named Low Poly - Coloring Art Book . It is much like creating a jig saw puzzle with shapes.
Really nice app. Sample pictures of it start at shown 1-55
