KS'S Honkytonkin Melody (October 21, 2009)Melody is a chestnut fewspot leopard with a star, and feather marks on her legs. She is a small POA, apx 48"inches tall.
"You can't ask for much more than what this little girl has! Tiny dished head, itty bitty white-tipped ears, nice neck, pretty movement, and 100% color producing coat pattern. While Melody is the first foal for both her sire and dam, it hasn't affected her quality! Her sire is KS's Honkytonkin Ghost, who has earned halter points as well as Grands and Reserves with limited showing, and is a full brother to our own KS's Jammin With a Ghost. Her dam is Splittin My Pants, a granddaughter of Supreme Champion Smokey Pants on the top side, and International and Supreme Champion Lickety Split on the bottom side. Melody's pedigree is chock full of big-time names in the POA world, as well as some great ApHC horses, too. If you are looking for a small mare with beauty, refinement, top-notch movement, and guaranteed color producing coat pattern, you will be hard pressed to find one better than Melody! One time adventure (August 31st)Today was the grand opening of Toronto's new streetcars. We went to have a ride on it as today was the maiden voyage. Never again after tonight will anyone ever be able to say they were on the new streetcars on day 1.
There was a transit person, at the station, helping people find their way around. She told us to the best of her knowledge Towbe was the 1st Chihuahua, possibly dog, to ride the rails in the new streetcar.
The new cars are beautiful, spacious, heated and air conditioned. |
