 | 292.2006-Velma Rose's 90th Birthday PartyNot until we become adults, do we fully begin to appreciate who our mothers really are. They nurture us through our childhoods, putting up with our sassy ways and times, and cry with us through our adulthoods. As we grow older and have our own children, we realize that our mothers are very strong persons, and we begin to wonder if we can ever fit into her shoes.
Although we "wear our own shoes" in life and can never do things exactly the same way as our mothers did, we are blessed that she leaves with us the "blueprint" from which to build upon. If we are blessed to have a godly mother then we can bring up our own children in the ways of God, so that when they grow older we too will have the same assurance that some day they will live for Him.
To Mom........with much love and many prayers....We have ALL been blessed to have a godly mother in you.

 | 298.Leaving San DiegoPictures of our last day in San Diego :-( We had a such a wonderful trip and made new friends with the members of the San Diego and Los Angelos Fan Forces. We decided to eat at our favorite little place on our last day - Parkhouse Eatery. We can't wait to go back summer 2005 :-D | |

| 299.Beth and Scott's Baby ShowerBeth and Scott enjoyed quite a baby shower Sunday at the American Legion in Northbridge. I don't know how that baby boy is going to wear all the clothes he got! It's the first time I've seen both mom and dad up there opening presents, but that's Scott!
We love them both....including the new little guy who will be here in September. | |
