KATE (06/01/2023)| Kate is a 7 lb sweetheart who will literally eat and sleep all day with the occasional play session. I would say she is 90% potty trained and will go outside to do her business as long as you give her adequate potty breaks. She can sleep in her kennel at night or with you just make sure she goes out before bed and as soon as you wake since she is still young. She loves food, all food people food dog food play food so don’t leave out stuff you don’t want chewed up. Silky smooth black hair with brown and white accents she is a cutie for sure with her long daschund body and short stubby legs you just want to squeeze! Kate is probably a daschund/terrier mix who would easily fit into any household. She just wants to be laying next to you or curled up in a chair/blanket anything cozy all day! She does great with other dogs and does well with her fosters toddler. She will remain this tiny according to the vet so she is easy to take wherever you go |

Harry Harry is part of the Royal Pups that Elizabeth had. She is also available for adoption. They were found in Louisiana in a box with Demodex Mange, no fur and a will to survive.
Harry is such an easy going little guy. He is a smart little puppy that follows his foster family’s routine and adapts quickly to his surroundings. Harry’s fur is slowly coming back in and he will have darker fur on his toso with a white chest and paws , and a little white wire hair down his back. The vet predicts Harry will be about 10 lbs when full grown.
Harry is crate trained and about 90% potty trained. He watches the other pups in the household and knows what to do when it is time to go outside. He is still learning the concept of telling someone when he needs to go outside. If Harry is kept on a frequent schedule, there are no accidents in the house. He is now learning basic commands and starting to venture out on errands to dog friendly shops to learn how to be comfortable around strangers. Harry has a great temperament for a dog to visit places where people would smother him with love and attention.
Harry’s foster home has two adults, two teens and three other rat terrier mix pups. Harry has learned so much from all three dogs on how to listen and learn. Harry plays well with his foster parents pups by wrestling, chasing and rough housing. His favorite dog is Evie, another current foster of New Rattitude who is going through heartworm treatment and is on low activity protocol while getting better. Harry knows she can’t play rough, so they spend a lot of time snuggling and napping side by side.
Harry loves to wander outside and explore every inch of the back yard. He is just figuring out how to walk on a leash when wearing a harness. He is still needs to learn the concept of going potty while on a walk. He sleeps in bed with his foster parents all night long, and learns quickly about daily routines and expectations. Harry is a cuddle bug and loves to be held just as much as quietly sleeping next to you as you watch tv on the couch. |
