1758.1970's Dallas Cowboys: America's TeamThis Album contains trading cards chronicling the Tom Landry-coached, Roger Staubach-led, Dallas Cowboys of the 1970's. The team was so popular that the sobriquet "America's Team", that NFL films titled their 1978 team recap, has lasted ever since. The Cowboys would appear in 5 Super Bowls in the decade, winning 2 of them, while providing thrills and entertainment on the field (and off---what with the Dallas Cheerleaders) that were unmatched. Staubach would retire in 1979 as the All Time NFL Passing Leader (changes in rules have made the modern passing game far more wide-open than in the 70's) and Tom Landry would ultimately coach the Cowboys for 29 years, winning 270 games (3rd All Time).
