2037.Surprise Litter - Sammie and ChanceSammie wasn't listening when I told her she had to wait until she was an adult and all grown up to have a litter of pups. She had other ideas. But what should I expect from a houdinin girl? Sammie gave birth to 4 pups on January 29th, 2014. The sire is her full brother Chance. He is now neutered. Due to the special nature of this litter, I will be holding these pups until they are 10-12 weeks old and having a solid health test done before they go to their new homes. I do not anticipate any health issues, but want to make sure they are as healthy as I can have them before joining their new families.
She had two chocolate tri females and two chocolate piebald males. I expect them to have solid temperaments, be athletic, attuned to their owners, and have a typey build. Both of their parents hunt readily and are affectionate and willing to please. Sammie loves to jump into bed with us, and Chance can frequently be found cuddled up with my husband on the couch. They should mature between 15"-18" and weigh from 20-25 lbs.
