ImageEvent

Built for working photographers

ImageEvent for photographers, studios, and hybrid photo-video teams

You already juggle capture, edit, color, delivery, and client communication. ImageEvent is the hosting layer that keeps the presentation and handoff simple: albums and folders you control, links you can revoke by changing access, and viewers that stay ad-free on every plan so your work is not surrounded by someone else's ads or recommendations.

Use the guides below to go deep on each workflow - client delivery, hybrid video, portfolio sites, high-volume events, lightweight proofing, and studio branding including custom domain integration through support. When you are ready to compare capacity and video file ceilings, open packages. New members can start with a trial and upgrade when the workflow proves out.

See how finished galleries feel in the browser: browse public gallery themes. For non-photography verticals (breeders, scouts, clubs, sellers, and more), visit the businesses hub. For family-first event video messaging, see event video sharing.

Why photographers choose ImageEvent

Originals stay yours

Upload camera originals (including many RAW formats) and common video containers. ImageEvent stores your uploaded masters and also generates display sizes so clients can browse quickly without downloading every file. That is different from lossy social feeds that recompress everything by default.

Privacy you can explain

Set album and folder visibility, add guest passwords when you want a second gate beyond the URL, and preview as a guest before you send the link. Read the full checklist on security and privacy and album security topics under Share albums.

Delivery that scales

Small portrait sessions and multi-day weddings both map to the same primitives: folders for seasons or clients, albums inside folders, bulk upload via Easy Upload, Mega Upload, or FTP, and download controls when contracts allow it.

Video that matches stills

Hybrid packages are normal now. Premium and Power Premium support strong video workflows with background encoding and HDR options where your source supports it. Read 4K and large video support for limits and technical detail.

Core workflows (with Support deep links)

Upload and ingest. Start with uploading or emailing images and videos so you pick the uploader that matches batch size and studio policy (Easy Upload, Mega Upload, FTP, email, or mailed media where available).

Organize for clients. Use folders for clients or seasons, then albums inside folders. When you need a clean client-facing path without duplicating files, read client-ready views with linked albums.

Share and present. Share links, QR options, embeds for your site, and slideshow controls are covered under Share albums and album page and viewer (including slideshow timing in Global Settings).

Downloads and reuse. When you allow it, guests can download originals or generated sizes depending on your settings. Owner tools for bulk download are summarized under downloading photos and videos.

Packages: how to choose without slowing sales

Trial is for evaluation with a small file budget. Premium is the common studio tier with a clear file count and strong video limits for typical 4K clips. Power Premium is for unlimited file capacity and the largest per-upload ceilings when you routinely ingest very large masters or long 4K deliverables.

Open packages for current numbers, then cross-check video limits under 4K and large video support before you promise a client a specific bitrate or duration.

Questions studios ask before they switch

Can clients view without installing an app?

Yes. Guests use a normal browser link. You control whether a password is required and whether downloads appear.

Will my gallery show ads to my clients?

Galleries and the viewer are ad-free on every plan - your presentation stays clean.

How do I preview exactly what a client sees?

Use View as Guest from your account menu while signed in, then compare to Support notes under album viewing topics.

Who do I talk to about custom domains?

Open contact and ask for custom domain integration. We will walk through DNS and branding expectations with you.
