Films belong with the photos

Deliver video in the same gallery as your stills

Highlight reels, ceremony films, and short clips should sit next to your photos — not on a separate app that shrinks quality or slaps ads on the page. ImageEvent gives you private album links, prepares video in the background for smooth playback in the browser, and lets you control who can download the master file.

For your photo workflow, see client gallery delivery. For 4K, HDR (high dynamic range — richer highlights and shadows on supported screens), and file sizes, see video support details. More guides live on the photographers hub.

What happens after you upload

When the upload finishes, we work on a web-friendly version in the background. Your client can press play right away — they do not need to download a huge file first. If your file has subtitles burned in or embedded, they can show in playback. Formats, sizes, and limits are all spelled out in video support.

Playback and what to tell clients

On newer phones, tablets, and TVs, HDR video can look richer when your source supports it. Older devices still get a solid standard version — nothing should look broken. A line in your delivery email helps: suggest Wi‑Fi for 4K and a current browser like Safari or Chrome.

Downloads, embeds, and one album for everything

Many photographers let clients watch online first, then turn on downloadable masters after final payment. You control that in downloading photos and videos. Putting a teaser on your website while the full film stays in a private gallery? See share albums and album viewer help for embeds and links.

One album for photos and video means one link and one password — less back-and-forth for you and the couple.

How to upload, job by job

Big wedding films? FTP or Mega Upload are your friends. A short clip from the hotel room? Easy Upload is fine. Read uploading help once, pick a default for your studio, and stick with it so every project starts the same way.

FAQ

Which package do I need for long 4K films?

Check file limits on packages (Premium vs Power Premium), then confirm details in 4K and large video support.

Can guests watch on phones?

Yes — it plays in the phone browser. For long 4K films, mention Wi‑Fi in your email so they are not on cellular data.
