Good to know.
How is the 1,500-file capacity counted?
Premium includes 1,500 files of capacity, measured by original uploads (photos, documents, and video). Display sizes are generated automatically.
What if I need more than 1,500 files on Premium?
Add 1,500 files of capacity per block for a one-time payment of $32.95 each. That charge is not charged again on renewal. Or move to Power Premium for unlimited storage.
What video does each plan support?
Premium includes 4K HDR video, up to 300 MB per file, with no time limit on duration. Power Premium adds 8K HDR encoding and videos up to 4 GB per file (within each plan's per-file upload limits).
Can I download all my Original files?
Premium and Power Premium include a download of every Original in your account to your computer. Open Download your files from Your account when you are ready.
Is bandwidth limited?
On Premium and Power Premium, bandwidth is unrestricted for normal usage. Both paid tiers include dependable hosting.
What does the free trial include?
A 21-day trial with a 21-file evaluation capacity. You can try albums and folder organization, privacy settings, guest access, and core upload tools before you choose a paid plan.
Which plan should I choose?
Everyone starts with the free trial. Premium fits when 1,500 files matches your library and you want ad-free galleries plus full sharing. Move to Power Premium when you need unlimited storage, the largest per-file caps, and 8K HDR masters.
