Apollo Apollo Theater 253 West 125th Street Between 8th Ave (Frederick Douglas Blvd) - 7th Ave (Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd) NYC
O: 212.531.5334 or .5335
This is union theater. Seats 1500
She will work out a better rate for multiple days. Final costs aren't determined till a meeting is made with Steve Jones who is the Director of Productions. In this discussion with Steve the use of the Apollo name would be discussed as it is a separate license.
Rates vary she said but depending on what is needed could be between 20k-30k day. That estimate also has the union labor in.

Notes: Venue has a block between April 11 and May 9 open right now, with a few holds in place. Local 1 union house, recently renovated and reopened in October of 2012. High quality folding chair (finished with felt) available or stage manager had thoughts as to where we could import rows of more traditional theatrical row seating.
