Notes: - Atrium: this space rents at $9,000 for a weekday evening (after 6:00pm) or anytime on the weekend - North Lobby: This area is adjacent to the Atrium and available for breakfast, lunch or cocktail receptions or can be used for exhibit spaces and rents for $2,750 for six hours and $300 per hour thereafter - Auditorium: Right now for the second half of June, the Auditorium is booked June 14, 15 and 28th. the Studio is booked June 12, 20, 25th and 28th. - A full day rental for Auditorium is defined as a 9 hour event day (8 working hours, 1 break hour) and the room rents at $16,500.00, including a crew of six Local 1 technicians. -Additional rental hours are $750/hour plus crew overtime when the stage continues to be active. - Parking garage and Loading dock available after 5pm, but can see if there can be an acception for filming - They also have a TV Studio on the 35th Floor
