Sandy has been sending out emails about this penthouse. It would be good for somethings, but not sure it it right for this and the freight can be expensive if it is used outside the hours of 8:30A - 4P. If interested I can give you more details.
$300/hr OT for Freight elevator contiguous or 6 hour minimum (outside normal operating hours)
Our usual rate for an 8-hour day is $10K. Your days would be about 12 hrs. each for the prep and wrap and about 16 hrs. for each of the film days. That would increase the day rate to $12,500 - $17,500 respectively.

Space is very loud and night and weekend is best. You can film in the daytime but they won't turn phones off. active editing office. They allow filming. If we use a location within the building the tenant needs to send the bldg management a letter that we will be there. The building will charge the tenant the overtime fees. |
