*Call Terry to set appt for showing, call Anita to talk $. This space has never had filming, but hosts different types of events. It's actually a working interior design office, small workspace in back of main room. Basement is a hallway/storage area. Upside, it's quiet inside; downside, it's across from bloomingdales loading docks. |

* Just moved into these offices and are still in process of hanging graphics and artwork as well as some minor construction. * Very excited about filming. Has never had a shoot before and discussed the process as far as controlling sound, etc. * She is confirming shooting during a weekday and coexist depending on what areas we would like to shoot. Private offices will of course be more difficult during regular hours. This is a working office. * Building manager seemed ok with having us as long as we are confined to the floors we are shooting on only. Will have to coordinate with the building for use of elevator and provide a COI. * CEO's office is large corner office that I could not shoot at the time of scout and may take a little convincing to allow shooting within his personal office. |

Old New York Times Building Old New York Times Building 229 W. 43rd Street B/w 8th Ave & B'way New York, NY 10036
NOTES: This building currently only has one "built-out" area, which is also the developer's offices. They are film friendly, but sometimes have issues depending on sales junkets. The majority of the floors are empty, but all have been gutted and are ready to be built out. The owner suspects that many of the upper floors will be bough by a hotel by sometime in the near futures. The topmost floors are likely to become condominium residences. For now though, the floors are available for filming.

Pavia & Harcourt (June 17th, 2014)***CLEARED - WORKING ON MORE INFO FROM BLDG*** Pavia & Harcourt LLP 590 Madison Ave., 8th Floor (Suite 803) at E57th St New York, NY 10022
Bill Fitzgerald (O) 212-508-2354 (M) 917-825-3427 wfitzgerald@pavialaw.com
Bill is a “can do” type of guy. He has had filming in the past at other locations and it has gone very well. His partners have to discuss the logistical requests and the building has to clear. The partners want to speak with the building directly to get the ball rolling so I don’t have much info about the logistics of the building. **UPDATE** Bill said they reached out to building management and OK for filming, but public spaces are off limits. He will get back to me with contact info so I can speak directly to building (6/18) Bill and I discussed $20-25k budget and he said he would make it happen. The partners will probably ask that the production try to stay to one side of the suite (either left or right of reception), if possible, to let some people still do their work.
