The following is AMV's quote for the rental of AMV Unitel 57 support space (audience holding area and the two adjoining offices, and the bull-pen area on 3rd floor) on June 6-7. The cost for 57th street facilities would be $2,500/ a day ($5,000 total). The facility utilization (including Studio Manager & Housekeeping) is based on a eight-hour day. Beyond eight hours, overtime cost will apply. The allotted eight-hours begin at the time the facility is opened. Overtime is billed at time and a half.
We require a Security guard to monitor personnel going in and out of the premises. AMV can be provide the Security Guard at a rate of $50/ hour for a minimum of 4 hours. You can also arrange to have your own security as long as one is provided for both days. The show producer would have the liability and we will require an insurance certificate. |

Have had commercial shoots before. Some floors are easier to control than others. 1st and 4th floors are easiest, other floors have multiple clients working. Hannah and I spoke about $10K for shoot day and she thought that was low, but it depends on what is needed. 14 stairs to the brick office in the back off the yard. 4th Floor has changed since scouted last.
