The roof parapet is roughly 4 feet high.  There is a smaller roof above it, that has a roughly 1 foot high parapet and is 30-40 feet from the edge of the building and about 12 feet higher than the main roof.

Open to the idea of filming.  Wednesday's are slightly more busy than other days.  Needs a proposal of specific dates and requirements and then has to present it to their board.  The building is the Union Hal for NY Hotel & Motel Trades Council.

-Two possible Load-Ins, either 43rd Street or 44th Street.
-43rd Load-In would require additional security and elevator personnel to man the presently unused freight lobby.  Might need a ramp to more easily access the freight elevator.  On this side, there is one smalliish elevator that goes to all the floors.
-44th Load-In has more headaches as a result of theaters, hotels, etc.  Large, 2-3 truck loading back with access to a true freight elevator that only goes as high as floor 11.  We would also have to share it with Bowlmor Lanes who are building out the 3rd and 4th Floors.
