Would ideally pair with two taller buildings to the west, a split property on Park Avenue at 401 Park Avenue (pending) and 387 Park Avenue (allowed me to shoot but once we got into hard numbers they got cold feet, photos up to show perspective). Also awaiting word from buildings on the south side of 27th Street which might give us the persctive we need.
