NOTES: -Two possible Load-Ins, either 43rd Street or 44th Street. -43rd Load-In would require additional security and elevator personnel to man the presently unused freight lobby. Might need a ramp to more easily access the freight elevator. On this side, there is one smalliish elevator that goes to all the floors. -44th Load-In has more headaches as a result of theaters, hotels, etc. Large, 2-3 truck loading back with access to a true freight elevator that only goes as high as floor 11. We would also have to share it with Bowlmor Lanes who are building out the 3rd and 4th Floors. -Both Roof areas are accessible via the 12th floor. The larger area would need a push through a machine room. Plenty of room for staging indoors.
