Dismounting Tires Budd Split Ring Wheels Dismounting tires from a set of Budd split ring (not split rim) dual wheels as found on 1939-47 Dodge trucks and 1946-68 Dodge Power Wagons and other years. The rims were in great shape and I wanted to keep them that way. Tires were expendable. Dismounted in about an hour with a few simple tools. No risk of damage from careless use of tire hammer or pry bars by local shop. |
