1994 was the start of my second stint with Troop 24 and I was determined to make the most of it. Since my previous term ended in 1985, the troop had become more car camping oriented than hiking and backpacking. With the help of Greg Phillips and Charlie Walker, along with an enthusiastic group of first and second year scouts we were able to change the culture, once again making Troop 24 the High Adventure Troop.
