"Curse of the Black Spot" Amy Pond I used Simplicity 4923 with a lot of additions. The pattern has pocket flaps, but no pockets. I had to change the shape of the pocket flap to look more like Amy's. The coat is not lined at all (it needs it). The sleeve cuffs were one solid piece instead of split in the back (like on the original coat). And the button placement was changed on everything to match the original. A good pattern as is, but it needed work to look more like Amy's. I opted to use a soft cotton flannel for my coat, since I'm allergic to wool. I pre-shrunk it by washing it on hot and drying it on high. This way I have no worries when it comes to cleaning it later on. The lining is kona cotton (also pre-shrunk). Buttons are 1" in size and were bought as a lot on Etsy. I bought a hat, tights, and sword on Amazon. |

Amy Pond This will be condensed for different versions of Amy as I get them. For now, it's just the Kissogram and her Raggedy Doctor. |

1940's Femme Tenth Doctor This was a design that was floating around in my head for a few months. I actually found a pattern that worked pretty well with minor modifications. The fabric came from Mood and is a wool suiting that is dark brown with a teal pin striping. The lining was a funky, inner TARDIS, looking rayon. The hat is a real vintage, TARDIS blue tilt hat. It will eventually be finished with an LED light in the flower and a black ribbon with the "Police Box" painted on. The shoes are an oxford with a Luis heel and will be painted to resemble the famous doctor shoes. The tie was the one I painted for Will's raggedy doctor. |

"Idiot's Lantern" Rose Tyler While Rose isn't my all time favorite companion, I DO love this dress! It's flirty, it's fun, it's 50's! What's NOT to love!? I've loved this dress for a while now, and finally added it to my list.

TARDIS Dress The under dress to this is the same as my Captain America dress, it pulls double duty. I bought a plain white corset and added all the trimming to it to make it look like the TARDIS windows. The sash was 3" wide grosgrain ribbon that I hand painted with the Police Box lettering. The headpiece is also from the Cap dress. |

Female Clockwork Droid (October 13, 2013)I made the mask from scratch and then styled a wig as well as making a jabot/cravat for this. I actually decided on re-using my Marie Antoinette dress for the costume part since it would work perfectly and wouldn't require me to sew another gown (that I don't even have room for). I debuted it somewhat quietly at NYCC. I was posting progress on Facebook as I went, but a lot of people still did not realize that it was me inside the costume (friends!) lol. It was a hit and it was a lot of fun scaring people as this character. |
