1940's Femme Tenth Doctor
This was a design that was floating around in my head for a few months.  I actually found a pattern that worked pretty well with minor modifications.
The fabric came from Mood and is a wool suiting that is dark brown with a teal pin striping.
The lining was a funky, inner TARDIS, looking rayon.
The hat is a real vintage, TARDIS blue tilt hat.  It will eventually be finished with an LED light in the flower and a black ribbon with the "Police Box" painted on.
The shoes are an oxford with a Luis heel and will be painted to resemble the famous doctor shoes.
The tie was the one I painted for Will's raggedy doctor.

Shoes after painting.  Cream colored body with White toe to mimic the Chuck Taylors the Doctor wore - but with a 1940's flair to them.
