1 Left Wheel removed to do bearings.
2 Fuel filler tube, behind left wheel. Starting to dry rot, will need to be replaced at next 6 month maintenance.
3 Wheel bearings, left wheel
4 Same thing with new grease pressed through them.

6 All lug nuts hand torqued to 100 ft pounds.
7 Right wheel removed for bearings.
8 R/H axle ready for re-assembly.
9 All seams on roof need re-sealed sooner than later. You can barely see here where the sealant has seperated from the metal.
10 "Dryer" inlet screen.

12 Step assembly has been chafing on genereator fuel line.
13 Propane line has been chafing on axle and on 1 rear beam.
14 Styrofoam block at rear beam.
15 Styrofoam block at axle.
16 Fuel line & propane line tied back from step assembly.
17 Air conditioner inlet vents. Boy were they dirty.
18 Same vents 1 minute later after vacuum.
19 Internal part of air-conditioner above inlet air filters. Vacuumed this also.
20 Rear Exhaust fan not working & very dirty.

22 Found vent lid open / close switch inoperative. By-passed switch, fan works good. Also cleaned fan shroud.
23 Cleaned fan. Wow what a difference.
24 August 21, 2010, back for routine maintenance. Check out this dog hair on the inlet side of the coils. Obviously the intake screens are letting a lot of hair go by.
25 Most of it peeled off in layers.
26 Getting the last of it off with duct tape to avoid damaging the coil fins.
27 Some dis-similar metal corrosion on main door.
28 Corrosion removed, Kilz Primer & sealer put on to stop corrosion.
