Welcome to Cruzin' Kennel Rat Terriers. We are a small kennel located in Washington state. We are breeding type A standard Rat Terriers. The focus of our breeding program is excellent structure, sound health and wonderful temperaments. Our dogs are a wonderful enhancement to our lives. Our dogs all cohabitate very well with one another and their "Rat antics" keep us laughing all of the time. I have been so blessed by the Lord with exemplary foundation stock to base my breeding progam upon. We have a very kind and generous God indeed!! I am truly blessed to have the Lord to rely upon for wisdom and direction and I truly condsider Him to be the Kennel Master in charge of my program. I have acquired my foundation dog, Cruz, from Poochville Kennel and l and I owe them a huge debt of gratitude.  We spend a lot of time with our puppies and they are socialized and handled extensively throughout their first 8 weeks of life. We use the Bio Sensor/ SuperDog program with our puppies and they are taken to be evaluated by Pat Hastings at 8 weeks of age when possible. Our puppies are taken to our veterinarian for a comprehensive health exam just prior to leaving for their new homes. We are committed to natural rearing and will work with you to help you to use natural healthy methods for rearing your puppy. Have a look around at our albums and we hope you enjoy all of our lovely dogs...

AVAILABLE PUPPIES
1. AVAILABLE PUPPIES  (January 12, 2010)

My good friend Dr. Deb in Arizona has a very nice Shevaun/Hawk puppy available. This pup is 8 weeks old and ready to go home any time. Deb has given this pup an incredible start to life, he has explored all over her 17 acres with her and even taken a dip or two in her artesian pond. This boy has played on agility equipment, played with larger dogs, lots of different people and he has even discovered a cactus or two! He is on a raw diet. Deb did the Super Dog Program with this Plymouth and he has had extensive handling.  He is a happy little farm dog!! If you are interested in this fine boy you can contact Dr. Deb @ drdebvet@gmail.com

CRUZIN'S STANDING ON HIS WORD
2. CRUZIN'S STANDING ON HIS WORD  (Nov 4, 2009)
Some photos of Creed a Flame/Hawk pup from last fall. He is neutered since his eye color is not to standard. I have never had this in one of my pups. But they sure are COOL eyes. He is a very very nice boy and I really liked this guy as an 8 weeker. He lives at the North Pole with the Miller family and his extra special girl is Alyssa. She loves dogs tremendously and has taught Creed many tricks as well as has taken awesome care of this boy. She did all of the potty training on this guy too! What an awesome kid!!

                                   ******UPDATE******
We took our Valentine litter to Pat Hastings on April 8, 08 and we had Pat go over Hawk as well. She went over him and all she could say....repeatedly... is "this is one pretty puppy...." She really liked our boy and we take that as a high compliment. Gary and Debbie did an awesome job on this boy and his siblings and they will be the first to tell you that it is the Lord's hand that has made these fabulous dogs. I just want to say thank you to them and the Lord one more time for this awesome boy. He is SOME DOG....

We were very blessed in the year 2007 to have received a special gift from the Lord for our breeding program. Hawk is that special gift and comes to us from our dear friends Gary and Debbie Glaspey of Desert High Rat Terriers. Gary and Debbie have a good eye for an excellent dog and we are very blessed to bring one of their puppies home to be a part of our breeding program. Hawk is a handsome black tri tuxedo male with very correct structure as well as a marvelous temperament. Hawk's sire is GRCH Desert High's Light of Eternity. Prince was #5 in the Top Ten in the year 2006 and was #4 in the top ten for 2007. Prince is a very correct dog structurally and as a result posesses beautiful movement. Prince's temperament is fabulous. Hawk's dam Anna is a lovely girl with very lovely structure and a marvelous temperament as well. She did a fine job on this beautiful boy and all of his siblings. Hawk comes from a very consistant and well structured litter. We are so blessed to have one of these pups in our family and breeding program. We are so excited to watch Hawk soar in the future...

EVERY GOOD AND EVERY PERFECT GIFT IS FROM ABOVE; IT COMES DOWN FROM THE FATHER OF ALL LIGHT, IN WHOM THERE CAN BE NO VARIATION OR SHADOW CAST BY HIS TURNING...

IT IS WITH GREAT JOY THAT I PRESENT CRUZIN'S THE GESTURE OF A KING AKA NATANAH. IN THE HEBREW LANGUAGE NATANAH MEANS "HE GAVE". NATANAH IS A STUNNING BLACK TRI TUXEDO FEMALE OUT OF OUR SHEVAUN AND SIRED BY OUR HAWK. NATANAH IS OUR THIRD GENERATION AND THESE TWO DOGS DID A FABULOUS JOB ON THIS GIRL AND HER BEAUTIFUL SISTER.  THE LORD GOD WHO CREATES EVERY LIVING THING  TRULY LOOKED INTO MY HEART AND PULLED OUT MY HOPES AND DREAMS AND FORMED THEM INTO THIS BEAUTIFUL LITTLE PUPPY.  NATANAH IS A BEAUTIFUL IMPROVEMENT ON HER DAM AND WILL DO HER DADDY PROUD! I LOVE LOOKING AT THIS LITTLE GIRL AND WATCHING HER EFFORTLESSLY MOVE. I LOVE HER BEAUTIFUL TEMPERAMENT THE MOST OF ALL OF HER QUALITIES. NATANAH IS BOTH BOLD AND KIND...SWEET AND FEARLESS...POSSESSING BEAUTIFUL PRESENCE. WE WILL HAVE A BLAST WATCHING HER GROW UP AND SHOWING HER TO HER TITLES. STAY TUNED WITH US AND WATCH NATANAH GROW...

PAST CRUZIN' PUPPIES
5. PAST CRUZIN' PUPPIES  (March 12, 2005)

This album contains pictures of my past puppies either born here at Cruzin' kennel or sired by our stud dog Cruz. We are very proud of these wonderful offspring. We invest so much of ourselves into our pups that by the time they reach their new homes they have been thoroughly socialized, litterbox trained, examined by a veterinarian for congenital defects and general health and evaluated by Pat Hastings. Our puppies have also been through the Bio-Sensor/SuperDog program from day 3 to day 16. We are commited to Natural Rearing with our puppies.

I would like to thank each of the fine people that own one of these Cruzin' beauties. We received, in answer to prayer, incredible perfect homes for each of these wee ones. We all enjoy a very special bond and I really miss not having them in my kitchen every saturday for puppy visitation!! Thank you all so very much!!!

GRCH Poochville's Orlando NBT BIMBS

RETIRED:
June 28th, 2008 Cruz was neutered at the age of five. He is in perfect health and has sired some marvelous dogs. We are so blessed that he gave us the girls he did and are going to take those daughters and granddaughter and move forward with our new male Hawk. Cruz will always be my heart dog and will always remain here with us. He is part of our family.  This boy gave me a wonderful start to my breeding program. Love ya Cruzie....

We are so grateful to the Creator God and to Julia Kleutsch of Poochville Kennels for this truly amazing dog. Cruz achieved his champion status in one weekend at just 8 months of age and he was Champion of Merit award winner at the UKC Premier in June of 2004. We then went on to Grand Champion Cruz in only three weekends. He is the foundation of our line and a grand little dog with a gentle heart of gold. With the Lord's help this little dog has done more than I could have asked and hoped of him.

CRYSTAL PEAKS YOUTH RANCH
8. CRYSTAL PEAKS YOUTH RANCH  (September 11, 2008)

My sweet daughter works at the most amazing place and I have had the pleasure of visiting several times. Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch was founded by Kim and Troy Meeder and was a used up cinder pit. This dear couple bought the land and piece by piece restored it with leftover landscaping material from Troy's landscaping business. They rescue neglected/abused horses and rehabilitate them. Children from all backgrounds, with all sorts of stories come to this place to spend some time with the horses and staff and to just be a kid. It is a place where you feel God's pleasure, healing and His peace. What a joy that my daughter can work there and that she has been able to give of her gifts and her compassion there. I just wanted to share some of the pics I have taken. Enjoy...

GOD'S GLORIOUS CREATION
9. GOD'S GLORIOUS CREATION  (September 15, 2007)

I visited Bend Oregon again this summer/2008 and wanted to share some photos of a gorgeous place called Dillon Falls. My dear friend Karly brought me here to enjoy the sound of water in the desert...We had a beautiful day together. God's blessings are so powerful. As well I included some special photos of my visit to Eastern Tennessee last fall. All different forms of the Lord God's art...what a masterful hand He has...
My daughter and I hiked up Smith Rock in Bend Oregon and I was in awe once again at the magnificent creative hand of God. I wanted to create an album for what I experienced so I can give glory to my precious friend and Creator Jesus Christ. I hope you enjoy these photographs and I hope they inspire you to worship Him too.

If you click on a photo it will enlarge for you so you can see it better. Please do not copy my photographs without written permission as they are the property of Lynn Pinkey. Thank you!

2005 WHATCOM COUNTY YOUTH FAIR/DOGS
10. 2005 WHATCOM COUNTY YOUTH FAIR/DOGS  (April 16, 2005)
I and my family have the wonderful priveledge of superintending the dog division of the Whatcom County Youth Fair. This year was our 4th year and we had 50 children and almost as many dogs. We always have such a wonderful time seeing the children every year and their marvelous dogs. We had many wonderful demonstrations again this year. We had an educational poster contest. The children had to present their posters and communicate to the rest of the division all that they had learned about their particular breed. As always it was wonderful. We had a costume contest, bandana decorating (so their dogs could wear them) a tracking demonstration, a veterinarian, an agility club, a US Customs drug detection dog, and a best trick contest. Oh and I almost forgot!! We had the Guide Dog Puppy Raisers too!! We had a wonderful time and we built so many wonderful memories with the kids. Hope you enjoy the pics as much as we do.
