This set was made with almost all carded merino with a bit of angora in the first and second layer ( the inside of the slipper) and a fine layer of a medium natural brown wool on the out side . I found the merino felts down much tighter than the mixed breed wool and mohair blend I used for the outer layers of the first 2 pair I made. These were made form fitting with a non skid coating on the sole and are a gift for my Dad .
