UPCOMING LITTERS
All planned breedings will be pending a thorough vet examination of both prospective sire and dam. Heart, respiratory system, digestive system, genitourinary system, musculoskeletal system, coat, eyes, ears, elbows, hips and patellas will all be examined by our veterinarians, Drs. Jim & Peggy Hobby (husband and wife team), their associates, Dr. Shelley Baumann, and Dr. Michelle Brinsko, all of Smalley Animal Hospital, 600 E. Jackson Street, Dublin, Georgia.
All of our breeding Rat Terriers that have reached the appropriate testing age have already been OFA certified for healthy cardiac and patellas. We are currently in the process of having all of them OFA certified for healthy hips, elbows, and LCP. That should be completed in 2010. All litters are dual registered with AKC-FSS and UKC.
We require a pre-sale questionnaire to be completed. It is of the utmost importance to us that our puppies be placed with responsible and loving owners.
Our bill of sale also includes a spay/neuter agreement.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 will be required for us to
hold a puppy pick.
We begin the Developing High Achievers Program of early neurological stimulation with all of our puppies beginning at 3 days old. Puppies will be sold with a full health guarantee and a written comprehensive pedigree. Puppy tails will be docked and dewclaws removed. They will also be dewormed and current on all vaccinations.
We are licensed with Georgia Department of Agriculture.

Lucy/Gunner
LUCY AND GUNNER HAVE BEEN BRED AND WE ARE EXPECTING THEIR LITTER ON 11/23/2009

Lucy is a beautiful and very athletic female with great chest, bone, and muscle. She has consistently outproduced herself. Lucy has an impeccable temperament and gets along with all of our Rat Terriers. She's never demanded to be alpha, but will stand her ground when necessary. She's a great girl and we simply can't imagine not having her!
Gunner is a young male from our 2008 Tyra/Dillon litter with balanced overall structure, nice movement, nice rear end angulation and a classic Rat Terrier look with his smaller ears and refined muzzle. Since Gunner is a young man, we expect him to continue to add muscle for the next year or so. Gunner's dad says he loves to hunt squirrels and rats. His favorite hobby is swimming in his Dad's pond. He accompanies his Dad to work every day and has a very outgoing personality with the work clientele.
This will be Gunner's first time siring a litter.
We are expecting puppies to finish at 23-24 lbs and 16 inches when grown. There should be piebald and Irish marked chocolate tri-colors. They should be very robust and hardy with muscular builds and loads of prey drive. Of course, we expect show quality puppies, but this litter especially should produce agility prospects and hunting/working partners, as well as, PRECIOUS FAMILY PETS.
We hope to keep a female from this litter, and we're currently accepting reservations for the remainder of the puppies.

Pattycake/Dillon
THIS BREEDING IS EXPECTED TO BE IN NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER-2009
We are expecting piebald marked tricolors and sables in black/tan, blue, chocolate and isabella (pearl). A number of the puppies may also carry apricot, if they inherit it from Pattycake.
Expected finishing size of puppies is 22-23 lbs. and 15-1/2-16 inches tall.
Puppies should have beautiful heads with strong erect ears, nice toplines and excellent rear and front end angulation. Both sire and dam are proven producers and we expect this litter to be fabulous!
Dillon is owned by Julie Patterson at Crystal Creek Rat Terriers. A big THANK YOU to Julie for allowing us to use Dillon.

Maddie/Hogan Litter
THIS BREEDING IS TO TAKE PLACE AROUND MARCH 2010
Maddie is a lovely female with great chest, bone, muscle and a gorgeous head piece. She has consistently outproduced herself.
Hogan is a wonderful male with balanced overall structure, fluid movement and classic Rat Terrier type.
This will be Hogan's first time siring a litter.
Expectations: 15 1/2 inches tall (give or take an inch), 23 pounds at maturity. Black piebalds- with and without tan points. Erect ears and docked or natural bobtails. Very muscular builds and loads of prey drive. We look forward to a lot of versatility in this litter; tenacious farmhands, agility prospects, but most of all, loyal pets. These pups should have the health to do it all.
