Astonishingly, the Florida Second District Court of Appeals held that the madatory minimum sentence in Paey's case did not violate the cruel and unusual punishment provisions of the constitution. They do violate equal protection because they cause people to be punished more severely for the Tylenol than the prohibited drug! Fortunately for Paey, Governor Crist granted him a full pardon.

I am so sorry to hear about this unfortunate mishap. I hope you have somebody by your side to help you along with your case. Is anyoune there by your side to do your bid with you?How much more time do you have to serve?
