Florence suggests using a storage container with a clear top for growing soiless wheat grass outdoors. "Soak a BIG piece of newspaper to place at the bottom of the container and keep the lid on the container. It grows faster with sun; I\'ve noticed when its rainy days and cooler temperature it takes forever to grow!"
