Our First House
We bought our first house with all the typical tax headaches.
We paid for the amazing square footage (1888) and the excellent location - the trade off is alllll the renovations. OUCH!

The Renovations begin (November 12, 2006)And the carpet is ripped out, the nanolium stripps are gone, the dirt and grim are fully exposed and the hell we have unleased now shows its true form - DIRTY!!

A finished product (February 2007)| There are still a lot of little things left to do and the basment isnt finished yet, but it is livable and enjoyable!! We have started hanging pictures and things are looking good!! |
