Notes:
- They have had filming in the past.
- Can shut down for a day or a few days and transfer their staff to Long Island facility
- Building will clear, require engineer for shoot, freight charges possible and overtime charges for AC.
- There were 2 small offices that were occupied today so I wasn’t able to photograph
- Pat is very easygoing. Can director scout tomorrow or whenever you wish between 9a and 5p, just give Pat a call or send email.
- They ask for $10K/day regardless of prep/shoot/wrap
- Load in on 56th St, have to take an elevator to the freight elevator to load in. No restrictions on freight elevator but $100/hour before 8a and after 445p.
- I asked John if the lobby can be used for filming and he said no at first, then he said if it is after hours he can put in a request for this. He said “it has been asked for in the past but has never been done, that’s all I can say”. I can go back to shoot the lobby if interested, but was not given clearance today.
