Notes: One viable office, corner one, front of folder, tenant is scheduled to vacate 5/31. I asked angel for quote, he said a previous p/w/s breakdown for an office with us was in the range of 18K plus 50 per hour for a building guy. I told him that was a bit out of range and he said we could talk.

There has been filming on other floors in the building according to Monti.
Area is only used for meetings and such, not as full office space, quoted the 10k/shoot 3k prep and she is running it up the ladder. Said no freight restrictions btwn 8-5 and or earlier or later requires putting the operator on OT, which she is supposed to get for me along with Annabella's direct line.
