Could potentially allow some load in thru protected passenger elevator elevator but would be added cost (Disruptive to tenants, etc)
Per our conversation, ownership will consider renting the penthouse space for shooting for White Collar based on the following approximate figures (subject to change):
$9,000 per day for two days for shooting, Sept 13-14
$5,000 per day for one day of setup, Sept 12
Plus our lawyer fees for drafting a simple agreement;
Plus building fees outlined below;
Plus cleaning charges, both nightly trash removal and if needed after you vacate the space.
(Building hold harmless and insurance requirements must be met.)
*All deliveries and equipment must be brought through the freight elevator, to the 16th floor, and carefully carried up through the internal staircase to the penthouse level.*
Building Fees:
(up to 3) Security Officers - Hourly Bill Rate: $16.87
Freight Operator - Hourly Bill Rate: $112.50
A/C – Hourly Bill Rate: $30
