- Freight elevator: normal hours of operation: 8am-5pm. Gets serviced between 12pm-1pm. - Freight usage will need to be coordinated with the building management. - $15k filming day (might want to negotiate for more), $2500 prep/wrap Night before after 4pm is preferred or done by 8am prior to shooting is preferred but not a firm requirement.
