-There is no de facto roof on this building. Best options are the setbacks on 47 & 48M.
-47th Floor is Vacant For now. Access to 8' wide setbacks is through a window. Could not get access yesterday.
-48M is up 2 flights of stairs, down a hall and through an office. Some of the window washing gear you see there is very difficult to move.
-Building is very film friendly. Room for holding staging, no catering though.
