Lower building is owned by the pig and whistle bar, I thought I had file photos but it turns out I do not so I’ll revisit them tomorrow if you think this could be viable.
Sent a letter of intent to 64 W. 48th Street as the third component. They also have lower access in the 4-6 floor range potentially based on recessed terraces.
