- They were a but worried about the smoking and offered a smoking area on the same floor as the stages. I'm still not clear on whether or not we can smoke on camera here.
- They have their own grip & electric equipment and usually don't allow outside rentals. They will make and exception if we rent some equipment for set dressing.
- About 6k/day
- They have 2-3 photo studios on each floor. We will have to buy out a whole floor in order to control sound.
- Freight is $125 and hour for use outside of 8a-6p.
- They offer catering breakfast and lunch $70/head. |

1. The space operates as a metal shop Mon thru Friday.
2. Josh the owner is very cool and he’s still financially recovering from Sandy so he’s open to work on rates…. Cheapest time would be the weekend when the shop is closed.
3. Smoking is totally cool.
4. Have to work on price with Courtney.
5. Josh said he’s landlords are cool as long as if they get a few bucks for use of their lot.
6. They have hosted events in the space as well as a history channel shoot where they utilized their submarine.
7. Is rented Josh is happy to use his forklifts to load gear to the Mezz.
