Notes:
- They were a but worried about the smoking and offered a smoking area on the same floor as the stages. I'm still not clear on whether or not we can smoke on camera here. - They have their own grip & electric equipment and usually don't allow outside rentals. They will make and exception if we rent some equipment for set dressing. - About 6k/day - They have 2-3 photo studios on each floor. We will have to buy out a whole floor in order to control sound. - Freight is $125 and hour for use outside of 8a-6p. - They offer catering breakfast and lunch $70/head.
