1. The space operates as a metal shop Mon thru Friday. 2. Josh the owner is very cool and he’s still financially recovering from Sandy so he’s open to work on rates…. Cheapest time would be the weekend when the shop is closed. 3. Smoking is totally cool. 4. Have to work on price with Courtney. 5. Josh said he’s landlords are cool as long as if they get a few bucks for use of their lot. 6. They have hosted events in the space as well as a history channel shoot where they utilized their submarine. 7. Is rented Josh is happy to use his forklifts to load gear to the Mezz.
