Small bedroom to the rear and a small bathroom with two entrances. 3.     The building was used for filming for Sex in the City. 4.     Patricia owns a large house in New Paltz on 45 acres of land as well as a small private airport called STANTON AIRPORT. 5.     She’s a very nice person.
