1. This is a COOP building but Patricia is the VP of the board and the COOP is for the 3 buildings at the end of this block and there are only 13 members; Patricia assures me that she can get her apartment cleared for filming. 2. The apartment is approximately 1,100 sqft with 18ft ceilings. Small bedroom to the rear and a small bathroom with two entrances. 3. The building was used for filming for Sex in the City. 4. Patricia owns a large house in New Paltz on 45 acres of land as well as a small private airport called STANTON AIRPORT. 5. She’s a very nice person.
