I found this in a '98 womens magazine today... this was LL's entry in a Wedding Fashion Show that year... so it was originally a wedding dress then they removed the sleeves & altered it for the perfume promotion!

the finished wings & cape, taken at LoJ 2002 where I first debuted this costume.  Every leaf is handstitched to its neighbours in 3 places.  Every leaf. There is approx. 200hrs in the cape alone & its only 30% finished... eventually it will fan down into a long train
