This trailer came in from Oklahoma with this leaking and loose rubber roof.  You can see the customer had wrapped a strap around it for the trip here.

This is where the water had been coming in

This area definately had a little rot, but it was strong enough to step on.  We dried it with a heat gun and applied Kilz primer as you will see in the following pictures.

Here with the Kilz primer on, you can get an excellent view of how the water ran from the vent towards the left side of the trailer.

The bedroom slide.  This slide has been giving the customer problems for some time.  Here is the problem.  During times when the slide would bind, something had to give, and if you look closely you will see that the steel bars that the hydraulic ram attaches to, are bent.  You have to look close to see where the indention in the carpet used to be.  I outlined it in red in the following picture.

The other cross bar near the top of the picture has the same bend in it.
